Chapter 25: Life and Glitch.
Okay, so... yesterday was a total rollercoaster, and by rollercoaster, I mean I mostly just crashed.
I had every intention of hitting the gym—like, I actually tried—but then the whole "Pooja and Bhandara" fatigue hit me like a truck. Between the rituals and the party vibes, I was just drained. I ended up falling asleep in the evening and—get this—I woke up 12 hours later. Twelve. Hours. I feel like my body just decided to go on strike without informing me.
When I finally opened my eyes at 7:00 AM, I just... laid there. For a solid hour. My brain was doing that thing where it tries to calculate every single thing I should be doing, but my body was just like, "Nope." By the time I actually got up, it was already 8:00 AM.
I made some Aloo Parathas (because comfort food is a must), and I also finished the Dahi Vada from yesterday’s Bhandara. I was worried it would go bad if I waited any longer, and honestly, it was so tasty.
Post-breakfast, I tried to be a "responsible adult" and study. Emphasis on tried. My focus was non-existent. After staring at the same page for way too long, I just gave up and went to the mall. I figured a change of scenery was better than spiraling at my desk.
I’m still feeling a bit tired now, so I’m blasting some Hindi songs to keep myself awake. If I nap now, my sleep cycle is going to be even more ruined than it already is, and I cannot handle that level of chaos.
Plan for tonight: I bought some fresh Vadas from the mall, so that’s dinner. Keeping it simple. Hopefully, tomorrow I’ll actually function like a normal human being.
Anyway, more tomorrow. Maybe.
See ya!
